| Introduction | I am a photographic artist. It has taken me a long time to sink into this realization. The name, Tsomo Photo was derived from a name I was given by a Tibetan Dzogchen master, Ven. Kamtrul Rinpochee. He gave me a Tibetan name, Urgyen Tsomo. This translates to, "lotus on the lake". It is also the name of a powerful Dakini. As I am not a dakini, I choose to use only Tsomo as a mindful reminder, to honor myself and those I encounter. I thrive on living an authentic life in a difficult and wonderful world. I hope to use this blog to post about my life in the world of photography. |
