Introduction	I am a certified wellness coach and grief recovery specialist, volunteer, mom, and wife of a guy who cooks better than I do. In April of 2007 I broke my ankle and have experienced several surgeries and recoveries. My most recent surgery was a total ankle joint replacement. This journey has shown me that, with support and intention, it is possible to not only survive, but actually thrive during the healing process. I am passionate about the mind/body/spirit connection and how much we can contribute to our own healing process. I have a Master of Science in Psychology as well as being a Certified Performing Edge Consultant, Certified Grief Recovery Specialist, Certified Human Behavior Consultant, Certified Biblical Health Coach, Certified Stress Management Coach, blah blah blah. I'd love to help you recover from the grief you may feeling from any losses experienced recently or long ago.
