Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
I do not wear scarves because I have a "thing" about things being around my neck. If I'm wearing a shirt or even a necklace and actually THINK about it, I get claustrophobic. It's all in my head I know. But still.
