| Introduction | This blog has been long overdue, not that there is any dearth of food-related blogs out in the blogosphere. I am a foodie, love to cook, bake and try out different cuisines. I also love to write, and maybe this blog will be my place for writing about food and my cooking. I am hoping to chronicle my culinary escapades, recipes, random thoughts, and pictures. I admire the folks who religiously blog day after day. I don’t promise daily blogging but will definitely try to blog often. New York City has so much to offer in terms of international cuisine, I couldn’t live and work in a better place. My husband loves to cook and I’m often browsing or reading when he is busy in the kitchen. Of course, I help him with the dishes (I should offer to do the dishes after the wonderful food I am served!). I love to bake, and he isn’t fond of cakes, brownies or cookies, and so I have to find an excuse to bake desserts. Thanks for stopping by and I hope you find something interesting. |
