| Introduction | I have lived in Safety Bay since 1979, and have been selling Real Estate in the Rockingham area since 1984 and have owned what is now Noble Real Estate since 1987. I have travelled throughout Australia to get the best advice on all areas of Real Estate Sales and Property Management, including from Robert Bevan, Peter Gilchrist, and Bob Walters. I also attend all local Real Estate Institute of WA meetings as well as the bulk of their continuing education. I have trained with Mair & Co and Roy Weston. In my time with Mair & Co we progressed from 13th in the Group to 3rd before they were sold to Ray White. We spent almost 10 years in the Roy Weston Group during which time we were never out of the top 10 of 50 offices and were awarded top office in one year. I have been a lecturer for Roy Weston training new representatives. The topic? Ethics in Real Estate. I am a man of my word.
