| Introduction | Rodger West founded Alliance Partners in 1994, a corporate real estate service company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Rodger brings to corporate real estate prior manufacturing & distribution experience along with expertise in facility development. National Clients include Mohawk Industries, The Coca-Cola Company, UTI Global Logistics, and The Robert Bosch Company. Rodger received a B.A. degree in Economics, cum laude, from Pfeiffer University in North Carolina and an MBA, Marketing & Operations Research, from Wake Forest University. In 1978, West joined the startup management team of Bold Corporation (headquartered in Charlotte, NC with plant operations in Tifton, GA). During his time with Bold, Rodger was instrumental in growing the company into one of the largest contract chemical formulator/distributors in the country. In 1986, West joined CB Commercial (now CB Richard Ellis) in Atlanta, GA. In 1989-90, Rodger became the leading industrial consultant for the Southeast region. Rodger also founded The Essential Group and developed a number of transportation properties in the Southeast. Rodger is an active member of SIOR and CoreNet Global. |
