Introduction	Welcome! My name is Valerie D'Apice. Chronic illness has been a part of my family's dynamic for a number of years now but I refuse to let it define us! Instead, I have learned to embrace each challenge and grow from it. By sharing some random thoughts here, I hope to offer encouragement to others. My hope and strength comes from my devotion to Jesus. It seems that as I get older, I desire to share that faith more and more. And so the blog was born as an attempt to communicate to others faith and encouragement in all kinds of circumstances. I am happily married and the mother of two grown daughters. And I have a granddaughter that I adore.
