| Introduction | I am a mother of four children - two boys and two girls. My boys are 29 and 26. My oldest son was in the Marines and served two tours in Iraq. My 26 year old is a musician creating his own music. My two girls are 19 and 16. My oldest daughter is a volleyball player, in college to pursue veterinarian degree. My 16 year old is an artist, a musician playing acoustic guitar, alto and tenor saxophone, bass and electric guitar, and piano. I am married to a wonderful man who is very involved with his family and raising our children in the church. I help teach medical assistant and phlebotomy students how to draw blood and have worked in the medical field for 12 years. Drawing blood and working in the medical field is one of my many passions, along with my family and educating people about health and wellness. I have been a health educator/consultant since 2006 and believe it is very important to treat our bodies the best we can by giving it the most and best nutrition as possible. |
| Interests | health and nutrition, educating and teaching, scrapbooking, mentoring, phlebotomist, administration, administrative assistant, some web design, sales. |

| Favorite music | I love pop, rock, and spanish music because it is upbeat and makes me want to move. I can listen to some country music but have to be in the mood because I find some of it depressing - the words are mostly about a girl and a break up. Who wants to hang on to the past? |
| Favorite books | Little House on the Prarie, Flowers in the Attic, any Stephen King books, Harry Potter series, and Peter Cotton Tail series. Integral Health: The Patch to Human Flourishing by Elliott S. Dacher, M.D. is my most favorite. |
You've rented a sky-writer to propose to your significant other, but it's completely overcast. What will you do?
What do you believe is the most important aspect of health? Does society dictate morals or do morals determine society?
