| Introduction | I am Joleen and I have been married to my wonderful husband Eric since August 2008. We are opposites in a lot of ways but the same in the unconditionals. We seek for our marriage to be Christ-centered and to honor Him in all that we do. In March 2011 we became the proud parents of identical twin boys! You may be wondering about our blog name: Beef is Eric's old firefighter nickname that has stuck. After we got married, our pastor joked around about us being Beauty and the Beast....we decided Beauty and the Beef would work for us better. So there you have it! |

| Favorite movies | Eric loves action and comedies and he will even enjoy a "chick flick" with his wife now and then. Joleen likes comedies and action as well but is more prone to dramas and art noveau type film. |
