Introduction	I had an opportunity to double major in college. I picked up psychology and civil engineering. My clever advisor called me a psychoengineer. He also called it weird, but it's the closest definition I have. Since I've had a double life I had to learn quickly some best practices for, well, life. If you value life, do not squander time, for that is the stuff life is made of. I want durable fulfillment in all areas of my life, career, relationships, health. So I have several blogs.
