| Introduction | The Sheep That Turned Into A Man. “Sheep” is a derogatory word for the theists. The origin of the term comes from the christian bible, where King David metaphorically referred to god as the shepherd, in which comparatively means that he (or the people who worship that god), is therefore the sheep [ Psalms of David 23:1]. Jesus also refers himself as a shepherd, and the people his Sheep. [ Book of John 10:11 & Epistle to the Hebrews 13:20 ] In a biological sense as well, a flock of sheep is a perfect personification for the religious group. Ignorant, helpless, unable to decide for themselves, and cannot move their lives unless someone is moving them or they think something is moving them, such as a shepherd. To turn into a man is to turn into a sentient being. A person who relies on reasoning, and his moralities are not dictated by a book or dogma. |
