| Introduction | hello i am 22yrs old and married to my best friend,we currently live in Hurricane Utah and we just bought our first house.. no children (yet)! I love to bake anything and everthing,late 2010 i found out that i can no longer eat anything with GLUTEN in it.. this a very large problem because i am a Huge fan of baked goods, so i was very disappointed that the things i loved the most i could not have. I started putting my creative side to good use and have created some very good recipes that are completly GLUTEN FREE and so delicious, i am currently working on opening a bakery... called "the skinny baker!" simply delicious.. simply GLUTEN FREE...
