| Introduction | From State banquets at the Guildhall in London to corporate ski weekends in Switzerland, investment banking conferences in Bermuda and sunset drinks on a Sydney Harbour cruise, for the past twenty five years I have worked with major blue chip corporations and organised exclusive events around the world. Private viewings at top art galleries, chartering the Orient Express train to take guests to a concert, fireworks at a Count's palazzo in Italy and arranging a bush barbeque complete with Corroboree (Aboriginal dreamtime dancing) at Ayers Rock are a few particular highlights. As much as I love my home I find the the more I travel the more I want to travel. It's an insatiable appetite as is my desire to try the cuisine when I'm in all these different destinations. In order to achieve that elusive work life balance I am now embarking on a completely new journey to work independently.
