| Introduction | I grew up in Broadview Hts./Brecksville area and graduated from Brecksville High School. I am the granddaughter of Raymond Waibel and Marie Behal. The Broadview Hts. town hall is situated on my grandfather’s farmland. My grandfather transported children by horse and wagon to NR schools. Uncle Joe Behal was the President of the North Royalton School Alumni Association and the Broadview Hts. Historical Society. I have lived in North Royalton since 1981, married 39 years to James, former North Royalton Police Chief, and have two daughters. Kristine attended OSU, Kent State University and is Family Nurse Practitioner. Janelle, a Bowling Green Environmental Health graduate, is the assistant director for a division of the Federal Government. Both daughters are married, live in the area, and their children attend St. Albert the Great School. I have a BA Degree in Education from Kent State University and a MA Degree in School Counseling. I graduated from Case Western Reserve Dental/Medical College with a degree in Restorative Dentistry. I taught Dental/Medical Assisting and retired from Parma City Schools in 2012 with 36 years in education. |
