| Introduction | I was diagnosed this year with a hyperextended joint disorder (Hypermobility Syndrome) and will forever have a torn ligament TFCC in my wrist- I am suppose to wear a wrist brace the rest of my life but my goal is to get in shape and hopefully be able to strength my wrist a bit to feel better and to hold all my kids longer without being in pain |
