Introduction I was raised in Boulder in the 70's and 80's, went to USC (Southern Cal) for a year before traveling around Europe to "find myself". I realized I spoke Spanish pretty well from my many years of schooling. I stumbled upon Escuela Bilingue Washington upon my return to Boulder, and became fascinated and motivated to become a bilingual teacher, currently working at Escuela Bilingue Pioneer in Lafayette. I spend much of my free time walking the Rothman and Kneebone Open Space trails with my wife Amy and our dogs Georgia and Jorge. It is on these walks, and any drive, and anywhere I find myself, that I pursue one of my passions: raptor watching. I am always scanning the skies and tree lines (or post or poles)for large blobs, often the amazing birds of prey that thrive in any environment. When I am inside, or on Saturdays in the Fall, I am also obsessed with every aspect of the University of Colorado Buffalo football team. Now, we are planning a trip to Brasil and the World Cup.
