| Introduction | The name Marlo Mange'd is a taste (ha! A pun already!) of the tone of my blog. As you will see, my name is Marlo and mange'd means ate, in 100% incorrect French grammar. I love to eat at good restaurants and I love to drink at good bars. What I do not love, however, is to search for a new restaurant and be confronted with some pretentious, over analysed review that not only goes straight over my head, but has absolutely no bearing on my final decision. I know wanky reviews have their place, but I for one do not like to read a review where the critic quite clearly had his hand placed firmly around his dick at the time of writing. I don't even have a penis, so lucky for you all you will read here is straight forward, honest reviews on whether something was good or bad. Just because I don't talk like I was born in a Michelin star restaurant it doesn't mean my taste buds don't have an opinion, I also have the body fat percentage to prove it. I will be reviewing bars and restaurants from around Sydney and the occassional interstate one. Bon Appetite. OK, that's enough of that. |
