| Introduction | I am a Texas girl, born and raised in Houston. I am married to the MOST amazing man in the world. His love proves to me that God exists. We have been married for 3 years. No kiddos yet but we LOVE our kitties. I work the graveyard shift in a hospital lab. I love to cook. The only thing I like to do more than cook is to FEED my friends and family. I learned to cook initially from my Daddy. As a young adult I worked for a few really talented chefs. I picked up a little here, a little there and voila! A self-proclaimed food addict becomes a self-proclaimed chef. I started this blog to chronicle my weight-loss journey. |
