| Introduction | Ok, so. My name is Dylan. I don't know what I want. I'm not sure what to do with my degrees. I don't know where I will work after my job at Starbucks. I don't know where I will live next year. I don't know when I will die. I don't know what the world will look like a year from now. I don't know a lot, but there is one thing I knew for sure: Jesus Christ came down to Earth becoming human so that he could live a perfect life and die for my sins and those of the world. Not out of debt to us, but out of a love beyond what we can imagine, the God who created the Universe, sent his only begotten Son to die for those He had created. He rose showing his victory over sin and death and after appearing to hundreds of people went back to his throne beside the Father where He is still interceding for us until the day he returns. His unconditional love has been extended to each of us and there is nothing that can separate us from Him once we accept the gift he is giving us. I’m not perfect, but with His help I can live for the one who died to give me life. And I know I knew that, but right now, I don't know what I think. That's ok. Let's figure it out, shall we? |
