| Introduction | I am a wife and mother of 7 children ranging in age from 1 year to 19 years old. All of whom live at home with my husband and I. My husband has been a certified Crossfit instructor for about 3 years now and we co-own a Crossfit Box (www.CrossFiteureka.com). We have just recently read Robb Wolf's book on the Paleo Diet and as a result have completely switched the diets of my husband and myself and now are bringing the children into it. Being a mother of 7 of course puts me on a budget and makes stretching the dollar important. My two teenage boys can really put the food away! I have created this blog to document this Journey, offer help when I can, sharing what I am or have learned and to share recipes. If I can do it you can do it! No excuses! |
