Introduction	I am a Certified Master of Therapeutic Imagery, Sound Therapist, Relaxation, Wellness and Soul Coach. I teach the techniques I used in my own healing journey with a life threatening illness Hep. C using breath, sound therapy, guided imagery for relaxation, stress and pain relief and overall health. I live life with purpose and intention and try to be in the moment to enjoy what it has to offer. Try to always tell those around me how much they mean to me so as to not leave things unsaid. Always learning and growing to be a better person I hope! I have experienced in my journey many Blink of an Eye moments that brought me to where I am today. By sharing my life journey I hope to inspire others to share theirs so that we may all grow and help one another along in the journey knowing that we are not alone.
