| Introduction | I underwent Lap-band Surgery July 12, 2010. At the time I weighed 252!! It has almost been a year and I have lost 52 pounds! Which is great but not where I want to be. I am hoping that using this blog will help me stay on track and remember that this is a process and journey that will take time and not happen over night |
