| Introduction | Anthony Qi was born in Buffalo, NY, and raised in Houston in a household that emphasized education, curiosity, and steady personal development. From an early age, he was encouraged to explore ideas thoughtfully and to approach learning with discipline, which helped form a strong foundation for academic focus and long-term professional growth. After completing high school, Anthony earned admission to the Business Honors Program at the University of Texas at Austin, one of the most competitive undergraduate business programs in the nation. He pursued a major in Finance with a minor in Spanish and graduated in 2018 with a major GPA of 3.5/4.0. The honors curriculum required rigorous analysis, collaborative case work, and consistent engagement with complex business problems. During his academic studies, he also spent a semester in 2015 at the Universidad de San Andrés in Buenos Aires. There, he studied program management while developing Spanish language skills through immersion. This experience broadened his global perspective and reinforced an interest in learning through direct exposure to different cultural and institutional environments. |
