| Introduction | Old enough to know better, but not too old to learn. I'm teetering between being a Grumpy Old Man and a Rampant Old Leftie these days. My friend Vino has a wonderful attitude to life and promotes the health and well being benefits of positives thoughts and actions. I tend to agree, but I'm not nearly as passionate about it as he is - perhaps until now. I've decided to make a late NY resolution and post at least one good news story from somewhere around the world each and every week of the year. They'll be small scale, by world standards, but, in keeping with my passion for community, they'll all be about people making a difference in their local communities. |
