| Introduction | I was born Patricia Mary McCormack in Halifax, Yorkshire, England in December 1948. I have one brother and two sisters. I worked as a secretary/pa for many years, before retraining as an adult education teacher. My first handicraft project was when I was about eight and I wrote my first poem at 13. |
