Introduction	I am a chef. I love to cook and I love to eat. This blog will most certainly cover topics on food and the restaurant life as well as other subjects that interest me, like politics and social issues. It is sure to be riddled with contradiction as I really just write off the top of my head and reflects how I might feel at any given moment. However, it is not intended as a 'rant' blog. As I get more comfortable writing and take the time to educate myself on certain topics, the blog will hopefully take on characteristics of its own and its purpose will reveal itself. For now, it's not to be taken too seriously.
