Introduction	My name is Nichole Lua. I am a Southern Cajun girl from New Orleans, Louisiana, but currently residing in Baton Rouge, LA. I am a certified elementary teacher with a Master's degree in Educational Leadership. I have been teaching for 11 years, 6 in 2nd grade. I have taught kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grades, but I LOVE 2nd the best! I am married to my wonderful husband, SFC Marc Lua, LA Army National Guard, and we have a beautiful, three-year old daughter, Marciana. I created this blog to communicate with my students' parents and with other teachers.
