| Introduction | We are Tim and Janice Phillips. We live in Niger, West Africa. We met and fell in love in Africa. We have a passion for young people, the children of missionaries in particular. We have been called to minister to Missionary families by partnering with parents to care for their children while they are at boarding school. Our daughter Mikaylah was born March 27, 2004 and continues to amaze us. Our son Jayson was born November 16, 2006. He is a busy little guy with a sunny personality. |

When you've got water stuck in your ear, how do you get it out?
