Introduction	Hey! I'm Ashley, and I'm an 18 year old college student. I also have type 1 (Juvenile) diabetes. For those of you who are unfamiliar with this, it is a chronic (and in my case auto-immune) disease in which my pancreas no longer produces insulin. Each day brings a new surprise and I am constantly thrown obstacles that most of my peers can never understand. It's a struggle sometimes, but I don't let it slow me down!
