Introduction	My name is Morgan Tangren. I'm 24, an animal lover, and a vegan. When I first started my vegan journey, I found myself in a scary new world where I didn't know what to eat. But it turns out that vegans aren't as limited as I originally thought. There are so many options for vegans now, I came to find that I could make anything vegan, healthy, and still taste just as good as the food I was used to eating. I'm currently majoring in Middle Grades Education at Georgia Military College in Middle Georgia. I live with my husband and our many pets: two dogs, two cats, four ferrets, and 11 fish. I like to cook, read, draw, as well as other normal human activities. I have created this Blog, "What I Eat" because I am often asked that very question.

Favorite music	A lot of classic rock and metal. And Broadway tunes. :)
