| Introduction | My name is Amy and I live in the Twin Cities. After a long stint as a single mom, I found the man of my dreams on the Internet. I have four kids (three from my womb, one stepson) ranging in age from 16 to 11. Ours is the kind of home where friends and family know they are always welcome, and an extra plate at the table is never a problem. We have been incredibly lucky blending our family, and I'm grateful for the life we share-except for the infinite amount of laundry and the near daily visits to the grocery. We share our domicile with two dogs-Clark, a lovable black lab; and Jackson, a fiendishly brilliant Jack Russell Terrier. Dog hair tumbleweeds are omnipresent. I live in the Twin Cities now, but grew up in Ohio, and at various times have called Pittsburgh, Atlanta and Wilmington, NC home. I am a real estate recruiter by trade and love my job, thanks to my incredible, gracious employers. Rather than elaborating on my personality, I'll tell you that if you buy into astrology, I'm a Sagittarius. According to Myers-Briggs, I'm an INFJ. I'm the oldest of three sisters. In my 39th year, I can honestly say that I've never been happier. |
