| Introduction | My Education for hospitality begin in 1995 With IHM (institute of hotel management and catering Technology )Followed by getting couple of awards and moving to France for higher education in F&B.Certifications include CS ( Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers ) and CSW ( Certified Specialist of wine ) CSC (Certified Sous Chef ) a brief experience of little more than 12 years in the hotel bussiness and to be precised in Food & Beverage ,sales,service,operations and management.I am well versed with the United Staes Public Health and HACCAP procedures,the common out breaks and how to handle them. have a great knowledge of cost control,budgeting,and scheduling. Training the staff and to maximise the output have always been my goal and to reach new Things and to create standards is what i look forward for Now i am here to offer to every one my little knowledge in F&B area so lets have wonder full journey and learn from each other . i love to share and love to pass my knowledge what i have with me |
