Introduction	As Chief Program Officer for TAP-IN, I provide direction for all aspects of TAP-IN’s work to recruit and engage retired and near-retired health professionals. Before TAP-IN, I served for three years as the Executive Director of the North Carolina Association of Free Clinics. Prior to my work there, I was the Resource Development Director at Davidson Medical Ministries in Lexington, NC. I am a graduate of Cornell University (Ithaca, NY) and earned my MBA from Wake Forest University (Winston Salem, NC).
