| Introduction | I was diagnosed with celiac disease 7 years ago. Since then other family members have tested positive. My passion is celiac education and helping others stay gluten free by educating and creating great food. I find my dog, Sadie, to be the best companion of my life. She keeps me walking every day and is such a treat to have around. I have 3 adult children and 2 grandchildren, all of whom are the most wonderful people I know. |
