Introduction	I have lived in western Canada since 1979 and was diagnosed with MS in 1994, after spending a hot and humid summer in Switzerland, visiting my family. I have been widowed since 2005, but I have 3 wonderful children and a caring boyfriend, as well as many friends who make me feel very lucky! Life is full of challenges, but also full of joys :) Its what we make out of these situations that matter. I have learned to say no to a lot more than I did in the past, because I have come to respect my limitations. I believe in good nutrition and a healthy lifestyle, and have learned lots from my MS facebook friends and their friends. I am excited to share the story of my life with you!

Favorite movies	The Holiday, Something's gotta give, Avatar, so many I can't remember
Favorite music	Folkmusic, music from the 60's, musette from France, Il Divo, celtic tunes, Gillian Welch, The Beatles, The Great Big Sea, Dixie Chicks and many more!
Favorite books	Who's in Control of your Multiple Sclerosis, by Dr. W. Code; My Mind Keeper, by S.K. Irmen
