Introduction	Having graduated UC Santa Barbara with a degree in Psychology and a double minor in Personal Training and Health Science, I learned to love the duality of our complex human body. In my college years,I did a health internship called Healthy Eating and Living (HEAL) where I received the education on nutrition, eating disorders, and promoting a balanced lifestyle to college students. Since graduating in 2010, I have been working as a certified personal trainer, bootcamp coach, and cooking teacher for children. I am so excited to share everything I learn with you! Enjoy my blog!
