Houseboating Excursions in the Mississippi River Valley

| Introduction | We are houseboaters here in the Mississippi River Valley region. We have been houseboating for a few years now and love to take many excursions up and down the river valley from Prairie du Chien to Red Wing,MN. We have 2 dogs(shelties) Koal and George, they love the river. We own a 40ft. 1972 Kingscraft that is all aluminum with two Ford 302 engines and mercruiser i/o. We also have a 19.5ft. Tahoe that we use to do some of our pre-scouting in new areas to take our houseboat. We grew up in this area and love it, and experiencing it from a houseboat view is a great way to spend a summer. |
