| Introduction | I live in Truro, Nova Scotia with my husband Earle, and our dog izzy. Our son Matthew is away at college. I began painting in 1990. I am self taught. I enjoy experimenting with various styles, colors, textures and techniques. I am forever learning. I have illustrated a children's book entitled, "Good Night Flying Cows", and created my own book of poems and illustrations while going through the healing process of breast cancer. I have worked with many wonderful organizations and companies through licensing of my artwork, and also through commissions: Heifer International,House of Assembly - Nova Scotia,Tim Horton's Children's Foundation,American Humane Organization,Humane Society of Canada, World Society for Protection of Animals, Paws/LA Org.,Unicef - 2005 Campaign, Tree House Animal Foundation,SPCA International |
