Introduction	Born in Northern Ireland, studied piano at the Dublin College of Music. Married a Canadian in 2000 and moved to Alberta, Canada. Had first child in 2001, then went on to have 5 more...4 boys and 2 girls, born over 6.5 years... Started running when I had 4 kids, at the age of 27. Never really did much in terms of 'sport' before, but soon became a huge running fan. Took a break to have 2 more children, and got back into serious running 2 years ago after my 6th was born. I stay at home full time now with my kids, and trying to juggle training with a busy life is an ever growing problem!

Which is more important to you and why: flexibility or expandability?

Flexibility. Expandability sounds like the description of the waistband of maternity pants. And I've worn enough of those to last a lifetime.
