| Introduction | I am a wife, mom, special education teacher, and burgeoning chef. Our family is gluten and dairy free and I'm pretty much allergic to most of the stuff normal people eat. Regardless, we manage to get fed pretty darn well. I'm on the path to wellness, for myself, for my family, and for the people in my life. My kids have special needs and frankly, I think my dog could be diagnosed with the DSM if only we could translate his snorts and snuffles. Either way, we're a happy family that lives out loud :) |
