| Introduction | Hayim Mizrachi, CCIM, Jarrad Katz, CCIM, are commercial real estate professionals. What does that mean exactly? Simply put it means that they advise Landlords on getting their buildings leased; Tenants on leasing space from Landlords; Sellers on pricing and marketing strategies to get their properties sold; and Buyers on site selection and negotiating. Jarrad is originally from Phoenix, AZ. He attended UNLV and earned a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing. Jarrad subsidized his coursework with Real Estate studies. When not at work Jarrad enjoys spending time with his wife Amy, dogs Basha and Bentley, and traveling. Jarrad volunteers for Camp Cartwheel – Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation. Hayim is proud of his Las Vegas, NV roots. He attended UNLV and earned a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing. When not at work Hayim hangs out with his wife Danielle, enjoys great restaurants, and is extremely involved with the Las Vegas Jewish community.
