| Introduction | I don't believe in normal. Sometimes I still get that very teenage feeling of not fitting into my surroundings. I like to make people laugh. I'm an information junkie. I'm constantly googling or reading everything in sight. I like being alone as much as I like being with people. I hate injustice, ignorance, & people imposing their beliefs on me, so sometimes I can get a bit defensive. I like to make up silly songs. I've always been into symbolism, especially in art. I love nights & could be completely nocturnal if it was actually a reasonable way to live. Various people throughout my life have had perceptions of who they think I am that have been completely off base. I don't subscribe to most religious beliefs, but I believe in something greater than ourselves, that there's an order to the universe, reasons we meet some people at certain times in our lives, that there are things we're each here to learn, and that some mysteries will be revealed only when we die and become a part of the cosmos once again. I believe that there is magic to be found in the everyday, if we're only looking for it. |
