Introduction	I am a single with 3 boys. I have been a big beuatiful woman all of my life and in January 2010 I became extremely sick and lost 20 pounds. I also had to quit my job due to a back injury and ended up on gov assitance and they suggested I get a Y memebership to help my back and with my weight. When I lost the weight and was healthy enough I started at the gym and the rest is history.
