Introduction	Hello all! This is a baking/vegetarian cooking blog run by the sugar-pumped Stephanie C. I am a Southern California native living the dream in Portland, OR. I cook on a tight budget, and try to get the most out of what I can afford. This would be a great blog for you if you’re a college student or a starving artist or what have you. My entire philosophy revolves around cheap, quality ingredients, not sparing the calories (sorry! I’m a big believer in the power of butter), and being as creative as possible while still staying within the means of simplicity. I try to experiment with different ingredients, and am always open to suggestions! If there’s a recipe you’ve been really itching to try, let me know, and I’ll whip something right up for you!
