Introduction	I like to think of myself as a self-employed food critic/connoisseur, but I am terrible at writing. I can do a bit of cooking, and enjoy learning new recipes. I love food and will not mind going out of the way in search of it. My foodie friends and I plan vacation itineraries around food rather than sightseeing spots. Although I do enjoy fine dining from time to time, I find that those places tend to be overrated or too snobby. More often than not, I will prefer a hole-in-the-wall or a street vendor instead - as long as the food is authentic and tasty.
