Introduction	My main goal as a teacher is to make a difference. It has always been my goal as a teacher and one that I hope I will always keep. I am a strong advocate of the 21st century education movement and currently use FLIP methods of teaching in my mathematics program, have a 1:1 iPad program in my classroom, and incorporate many different strategies when teaching.
