Introduction	My name is Ray Mullings, I am 28 years old and work in law enforcement. I have been asked by many friends to start this blog on my weight loss research and success. This all started when my friend and co-worker " THE ZIMM " said we are all fat guys , I never thought I was fat or chubby but I did start out weighing 232 lbs. I was never really happy with my body so I started my diet. After trying many different remidies, I finally found a system that works and I know I can help people make lasting changes and feel better and be healthier. My current weight is 195 lbs.
