Introduction	I'm a chef in Aspen Colorado and we decided one summer to go greener and start keeping chickens and our lives have never been the same! Now we recycle waste veg oil to burn in our car, have worms eat our garbage, grow our own veg, commute by bike as much as possible, have a small backyard orchard and keep bees. What more can you ask for?
