Introduction This is Mine and Lauries second restaurant. We opened the popular "bula" restaurant in Newton and ran that for 7 years prior to opening Salt. I am a CIA grad class of 1.88....served as an apprentice under Daniel Boulud at the world renowned Le Cirque in manhattan as well as a four year stint with Chef Stephen Attoe at NYC's famous "Mortimer's". Laurie holds a degree in Psychology from Caldwell College (which is a huge help being in this business) as well as a grad degree from Seton Hall. We have 4 great kids, 2 adopted dogs, one adopted cat, and a brood of fish.
