| Introduction | A Financial Engineer from Paris-Jussieu & Dauphine Universities, he worked 8 years at Union de Banques Arabes & Françaises-Paris (Crédit Lyonnais Gp) in Project & Trade Finance officer, then Global Emerging Markets Trader, Arab and African Debts market-maker, and as Restructuring debt advisor. He joined Wall Street in 2000 as VP Head of Markets with International Asset Transactions, llc to issue NYSE-listed Structured Debt and to develop/run an exotic & illiquid debt e-marketplace. Since 2004, he has provided business development and financial advisory for global and regional top tier Institutions. As CEO, he restructured in 2008 a Money Transfer Company into a Low Income Banking Services franchise.
